We want you to have the best time using (and recommending 😎) our products, but if for any reason this isn't the case please get in touch with us at email@example.com
- If your Ultra Violette is damaged or faulty on arrival, please send a pic of the product to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 of days receiving the goods and quote your order number and we will replace your product.
- If for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with our products we will provide a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving. The exception to this is any of our merch or accessories and any sales on 13.11.19, as this money has been donated to charity, you are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. You just need to do the following:
- Make sure the product is in good condition and only lightly sampled (less than 1/4 used)
- Put the product in the shipper box you received it in, and post to:
- Ultra Violette, 40-44 Edison Rd, Dandenong South VIC 3175
- Include your order number inside the box, and the reason for your return so we can track your order and payment method
- Email us at email@example.com to let us know you have sent the product back and why quoting your order number
- Ultra Violette will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure or track the returned parcel
- How are refunds processed? Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
