Refund policy

We want you to have the best time using (and recommending) our products, but if for any reason this isn't the case please get in touch with us at violette@ultraviolette.com.au.

Where you have purchased a product from us that:

  1. is faulty, unsafe, contains a defect, or is not of acceptable quality, appearance or finish;
  2. is not fit for its intended purpose; or
  3. does not match the product image or our description,

or we are otherwise legally obliged to accept a return of the product under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law, we will accept returns and provide you with an exchange, credit note or refund (at your election) using your original payment method. However, we reserve the right not to offer a credit note, exchange or refund where the goods have become of unacceptable quality a result of your misuse, damage or neglect.

You just need to do the following:

  • Email us at violette@ultraviolette.com.au to let us know you have sent the product back and why quoting your order number
  • Make sure the product is in good condition and only lightly sampled.
  • Our team will provide the return address for you to use.
  • Include your order number inside the box, and the reason for your return so we can track your order and payment method

Grace & Fire Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure the returned parcel.

Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. P

Please note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Customers who received a Dream Screen Sample Pack with their Dream Screen order can exchange or refund their full-size Dream Screen if the product has been unopened and the box is still completely sealed within 1 month of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping their full-size bottle back to Ultra Violette and we will ship their new shade free of charge. Please email violette@ultraviolette.com.au to initiate a return.
