Shipping and Returns Policy
Australian Shipping
- For orders of $50 and over, shipping is free.
- For orders under $50, there is a flat shipping rate of $8.50.
- Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $14.
- Orders placed before 11am on a business day will be sent the same day.
- Orders placed after 11am will be packed and sent the following business day.
- We use Australia Post and you can check postage delivery times using the post code 3175 here: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/
- Please contact violette@ultraviolette.com.au for any further questions and if you have special order needs.
- A $10 redelivery fee will apply for the following reasons:
- Entering an incorrect address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.
- Not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us.
International Shipping
- Due to COVID-19 we have had to update our shipping options. We now offer both standard (tracked but not insured) and express services (tracked and insured).
- We currently ship to New Zealand, Canada, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand.
- Standard Service – Ships via AusPost and your country’s local mail carrier (i.e. Singpost, Canada Post etc.) For example, if you live in Singapore, the package will ship out with AusPost, then be handed over to Singpost for delivery.
Please note that due to COVID-19 this service is likely to incur delays and lost packages. Ultra Violette is not liable for any delays and the customer will be required to pay redelivery fees due to lost packages.
Please note that once your order leaves Australia, we recommend switching to your country's local mail carriers website for tracking updates using the same tracking number.
- Express Service – Ships via Fedex end to end. This service has remained reliable throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. In the unlikely event of a lost package Ultra Violette will cover any redelivery fees.

- International Postal charges do not include possible taxes and duties which could be applied by customs in your country. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed is your responsibility. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all product(s) ordered and to mark them as “merchandise” even if you are buying as a gift for someone else.

Returns
We want you to have the best time using (and recommending 😎) our products, but if for any reason this isn't the case please get in touch with us at violette@ultraviolette.com.au
- If your Ultra Violette is damaged or faulty on arrival, please send a pic of the product to violette@ultraviolette.com.au within 10 of days receiving the goods and quote your order number and we will replace your product.
- If for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with our products we will provide a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving. The exception to this is any of our merch or accessories and any sales on 13.11.19, as this money has been donated to charity, you are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. You just need to do the following:
- Make sure the product is in good condition and only lightly sampled (less than 1/4 used)
- Put the product in the shipper box you received it in, and post to:
- Ultra Violette, 40-44 Edison Rd, Dandenong South VIC 3175
- Include your order number inside the box, and the reason for your return so we can track your order and payment method
- Email us at violette@ultraviolette.com.au to let us know you have sent the product back and why quoting your order number
- Ultra Violette will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure or track the returned parcel
- Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
