Australian Shipping

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $55.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $6.50 for orders under $55.
  • Express Shipping: Available for a flat rate of $10.

Redelivery Fee: $10 if your order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout.
  • Not picking up your package from the post office or courier depot.

International Shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand.

Standard Service (AusPost)

  • Tracked (not insured), ships via Australia Post and your local mail carrier.
  • Cost: $16 (5+ business days).
  • Note: Ultra Violette is not liable for delays. If a package is lost, the customer is responsible for redelivery fees.

Customs: International shipping does not include taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your country. You are responsible for any customs charges. We declare the full value of the product(s) and mark them as “merchandise,” even for gift orders.

Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us at violette@ultraviolette.com.au. We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Faulty, defective, or unsafe products.
  • Products that don’t match their description or are not fit for purpose.
  • If required by Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

You can choose to receive an exchange, credit note, or refund (to your original payment method). However, we do not offer refunds if the product was damaged due to misuse or neglect.

How to Return:

  1. Email us at violette@ultraviolette.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ensure the product is in good condition, with minimal use.
  3. Repack the product in the original shipping box.
  4. Include your order number and the reason for return inside the box.

Important: We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns if you don’t insure the parcel.

Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Daydream Screen SPF50 Tinted Veil Returns

If you received a Daydream Screen Sample Pack with your order, you can exchange or return the full-size Daydream Screen product if it’s unopened and the box is still sealed, within 1 month of purchase.
You are responsible for shipping the full-size bottle back to us, and we will send your new shade free of charge.
