ROLE OVERVIEW:
As an Ultra Violette Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving Ultra Violette’s retail (sell out) sales at Sephora. You will execute best in class education, sales and event strategies that ladder to Ultra Violette’s brand strategy. You require high energy, a love for skincare and a passion for independently driving sales in store with our retailer partners to exceed our sell out goals. You will be joining a fast-growing global brand where it’s imperative to deliver a best-in-class level of SPF education and brand experience in store for our customers.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Sales Achievement:
- Achieve daily product sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor daily performance and actively engage in events to enhance the Ultra Violette brand presence in-store.
- Review retail sales and selling techniques weekly, making necessary adjustments to address issues and identify opportunities for growth.
Service Excellence:
- Serve as an ambassador for the Ultra Violette brand across all retail environments.
Administration:
- Maintain accurate sales reports and submit daily performance metrics (Sell Out).
- Share daily and weekly in-store reports to track progress.
- Collaborate with your account manager to make informed business decisions based on sales, activities, and trade plans.
Visual Merchandising & Inventory:
- Ensure visual merchandising updates are always executed to schematics and look best in class.
- Communicate relevant updates regarding product placement, assortment, inventory levels, and market opportunities to Ultra Violette HQ to highlight challenges and strengths in key markets.
Sephora Relationship:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Sephora teams.
- Motivate staff to support Ultra Violette sales initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Sephora policies while promoting Ultra Violette.
- Negotiate for additional in-store visibility and events whenever possible.
Applicant Requirements
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- The ideal candidate should be available during peak trading days from Thursday to Sunday, including late-night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a retail environment is essential; experience with Sephora is a plus.
- Strong focus on detail and follow-through in all tasks.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to find joy in teamwork.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and colleagues.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the beauty industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Open to working a rotating roster of 25-30 hours per week to meet store needs.

Role Overview:
This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for their next step within supply chain and logistics. As the Senior Operations Co-ordinator you will be exposed to a breadth of activities along the end-to-end supply chain from procurement and manufacturing through to planning, warehousing and freight - this is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn! Your responsibilities will be to fulfil wholesale customer orders and ensure they arrive in full and on time, arrange export orders for all international warehouses and oversee operations at our Australian third party warehouse. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with others and build relationships easily, have great attention to detail, be self-directed and love to solve problems.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Working for a fast paced business in an exciting phase of growth means that no two days will be the same and there will be plenty of variation to keep you interested. There are three major areas of the role that you will be focused on daily: -
Sales Order Management
• Processing of outbound orders for all customer channels in ANZ and South East Asia (SEA) – end to end – receipt of orders, processing, and invoicing as well as batch code and expiry date management to ensure products meet market expectations.
• Creation of packing lists to meet various customer requirements
• Processing of export orders to ensure safety stock is maintained for our regional warehouses (UK, Netherlands, Canada and USA)
• Communicate with both internal and external teams to ensure on time delivery, negotiate delays and resolve roadblocks.
• Manage the relationship with our key external stakeholders – 3PL Warehouses, Customer Service Teams, and all customer’s Inventory Stock and Supply Planners, as it relates to order processing and fulfilment.
• Check ecommerce orders weekly to ensure all are shipped on time and resolve issues with customer service
• Process all Marketing and PR orders as required by the business
• Maintaining delivery and invoicing dates in NetSuite and communicating with sales and finance stakeholders
Domestic & Export Freight management
• Make DHL bookings as required related to small international orders
• Liaise with freight forwarders to book shipments and ensure shipments are delivered smoothly and on time
• Managing the co-ordination of the freight movement of our stock ensuring we meet our DIFOT KPI across all customer channels.
• Ensure all paperwork related to the movement of stock including all SLIs are accurately completed on time and in full
• Communicate with the appropriate internal and external related stakeholder regarding any changes in freight, particularly delays
Inventory Management & Systems
• Ensuring inventory detail is correct at batch and quantity level at the Australian warehouse and Head Office and in all relevant systems
• Reconcile inventory between Warehouse WMS and internal systems (NetSuite) monthly, correcting any discrepancies and highlighting issues to the HOO and finance teams
• Oversee annual stocktake at the Australian warehouse and stocktake the head office inventory regularly
• Maintain item master data in the warehouse WMS, adding new items as needed
• Resolve any errors in integrations between Shopify, NetSuite and the warehouse WMS
• Work with regional operations coordinators to document SOPs and share best practises
Warehouse Management
• Providing activity forecasts to warehouses and ensuring they have labour available to meet requirements
• Holding monthly and quarterly meetings to review KPIs and drive improvements and efficiency in 3PL activity
• Contribute to third party selection processes when new warehouse or kitting suppliers are needed
• Subject matter expert in the Australian region for NetSuite, Celigo, Shopify, EDI providers and any other relevant systems

Skills and experience
• 1-3 years experience in a customer facing role or in logistics, freight, warehousing or inventory/stock management is preferred
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once with effective prioritisation and attention to detail
• Effective and confident communicator
• Demonstrable problem-solving ability
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely
