IN: Protection from the whole solar spectrum of environmental damage including UVA + UVB, infrared, blue, visible light, and pollution. Hella GLOW.
Australian Kakadu Plum: the world’s richest source of Vitamin C (a single plum has over fifty times that found in an orange) is also full of antioxidants. This superfood works to protect your skin against free radical damage, improve tone and texture, and keep it hydrated AF.
Dragosine Plus: a powerful active which offers comprehensive protection against sun damage, beyond the traditional sun filters. This means that your skin is safeguarded from the entire solar spectrum: including infrared (the heat we feel) and visible light (the heat we see). Oh and that nasty blue light omitted from your phone while you scroll the gram? It’ll shield your skin from that too. It’s also rich in antioxidants that work to prevent loss of elasticity and DNA damage from UV exposure.
OUT: Parabens and oxybenzone, cruelty, and any trace of a sticky white grease.
WHO NEEDS IT?
You, her, them, everybody. Queen Screen is made for all skin types, especially those with sensitivities.
HOW DO I USE IT?
EVERY DAY! Apply directly to your face as the first step in your makeup routine or the final step of your skincare. Or skip ahead and mix it straight into your moisturiser or foundation to create a multi-layered protector.
HOW MUCH OF IT DO I NEED?
We’re all about maximalism, be it accessories or SPF. Don’t be afraid to lather it on, because more is more when it comes to skinscreen. Use 3 full droppers of product each morning to ensure your face and ears are well protected.
WHERE IS IT MADE?
Straya. Translation for anyone not fluent in the native tongue, that means home. Australia is the toughest place in the world to get a sunscreen (or skinscreen) passed. This baby had to work extra hard to pass those tests, so you know it's good. And also? We support local industry, local jobs, and local convenience – the lab is minutes from our homes.
Queen Screen is a chemical (or organic) sunscreen. We've used a combination of traditional actives with some of the newer, more advanced ones (you may have heard of Tinosorbs? They in here) to ensure maximum efficacy with less chemicals and ensure photostability.
Active ingredients: Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate (10%), Ethylhexyl Salicylate (5%), Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine (4%), Methylene Bis-benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol (2%)
Inactives: Aqua, Cyclopentasiloxane, Cyclohexasiloxane, Isostearyl Neopentanoate, Glycerin, Lauryl PEG/PPG-18/18 Methicone, Silica, Cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 Dimethicone, Cetyl Dimethicone, Hydroxyacetophenone, Polymethyl Methacrylate, Saccharide Isomerate, Benzyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, Parfum, Mica, Decyl Glucoside, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Aminomethyl Propanol, Pentylene Glycol, Titanium Dioxide, Terminalia Ferdinandiana Fruit Extract, Propylene Glycol, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Iron Oxide, l-carnosine
Lightweight, oil-free and disappears immediately on contact with skin. Hydrating but not greasy, she’s sunscreen but not as you know it.
I used this product during my Bali holiday and although I have red hair and very pale skin I did not have any problems with sunburn!
This is lovely, but I don’t think mine was mixed properly!
I’ve been itching to try something from Ultra Violette for a while, especially after following calltimeonmelanoma on insta. Although Canada definitely doesn’t get as much sun as Australia, skin cancer has been a growing concern of mine due to the countless summers I’ve spent trying to achieve a “healthy glow”. I heard so many good things about UV’s line, and decided to try Queen Screen as I love a dewy finish to my face. The serum itself smells lovely, but not overpowering. It comes out white, but the consistency is thin and blendable enough that I don’t find this leaves a white cast on me (albeit I’m quite fair). This sunscreen hydrates my skin and leaves me with an absolutely gorgeous dewy finish, but it doesn’t look oily like other sunscreens can. I also love how this works under makeup - I’ve used it with more medium-coverage foundations from Dior and Pat McGrath, as well as lighter coverage options from MAC, and haven’t had any issues with it changing how the foundation looks. This also works great on its own, as it adds a bit of extra radiance to the skin on no-makeup days. I wore this on a recent trip to Greece and managed to stay burn-free for the entire week I was there, which is an absolute miracle for me! I also don’t find that this breaks down or gets oilier throughout the day, which is a bonus. The only issue I have is that my bottle has these little hard bits of yellow material in them. I’m not too sure what they are, but they almost feel like microbeads. I’m pretty sure that this isn’t part of the normal formula as no one else has mentioned this, so I have a feeling I got an anomaly. However, it does make application a bit difficult for me as I’ve got to methodically pick these little bead-things off my face before makeup application. It also seems like these hard bits are present throughout my whole bottle, as I’ve been using this for a month and I haven’t had a day where they haven’t shown up on my face/hands which is a bit of a bummer. Other than that, I’ve been loving this as an everyday sunscreen, and can definitely see myself using this year-round!

An amazing light texture that is the perfect moisturising base for your makeup!
Queen of the Screens
Love love love this sunscreen and have purchased it twice already. Goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly with a gorgeous rose smell. Goes great under makeup and protects my skin against the harsh North Queensland sun without feeling heavy or greasy. Had minor issues with the second bottle which contained small grainy bits that did not absorb into the skin, contacted Customer Support and received a reply within a few hours and a replacement bottle was sent to me. Will definitely be purchasing again and again.
I have never been a big fan of wearing an spf but seriously this one changed my life. I have been getting so much complementary messages on how good my skin look. I apply it before foundation and gives a beautiful dewy luminous fresh look. It has a tiny bit of glitter but I love it!
